Sacramento based Quest Technology Management announced today plans to open a second Service Delivery Center (SDC) in Roseville. The new 120,000 square foot site will be located in a building formerly occupied by Hewlett-Packard.
As with Quest’s McClellan/Sacramento SDC, the Roseville site will be located in data center safe zone – free from natural disasters including seismic activity and flooding. Quest has taken these measures to ensure a resilient, secure, high-performance environment for clients’ business applications and mission critical data.
“The decision to expand our network of 22 global SDCs was driven by our customers’ increased demand to outsource IT infrastructures and lower their CapEx and OpEx costs with Managed and Cloud Services,” said Tim Burke, Quest President and CEO. “The selection of Roseville represents our thirty year commitment to operate and grow our headquarters in California.”
The Roseville facility will have a full-service offering including a 24×7 Network Operations Center, Co-location, Business Continuity/Disaster Recoveryand Managed and Cloud Services, such as Desktops as a Service (DaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), all tailored to meet clients’ unique business requirements.
The official opening is slated for summer 2014.
